Job Summary
Manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and lead an engaged team to achieve business metrics. Coach educators on product knowledge and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and operational standards. Own your area of the store architecture as a creative entrepreneur, building lasting customer relationships and offering solutions for operational excellence. Complete assigned tasks from the Store Manager, including opening and closing the store with Key Holder training, while maintaining high integrity and personal responsibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years floor management experience
- Resourceful, creative and solution-oriented
- Ability to work plan, prioritize and organize
- A leader with a proven ability to train others and retain talent
- Strong floor leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate a sales team
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Minimum age 19 years old or age as specified by the provincial government
- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever changing duties
- Can Sell certification required
- Criminal Background check required
