Job Summary
Deliver and coordinate engaging learning experiences for onboarding and developing skills across the organization. Responsibilities include delivering formal and informal training for in-person and remote solutions, participating in training projects with learning metrics to measure impact, assisting in design and development of learning solutions, and assisting with onboarding of new teammates. Requires on-site presence at least monthly at the local CBO and occasional travel for an annual company meeting. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, or related areas, strong training/presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint (preferred).
