Job Summary
Educator, Hospital Service develops, facilitates, and documents onboarding and ongoing education for Hospital Services staff to maximize donation outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering onboarding programs aligned with instructional plans, conducting follow-up with new hires and managers, assessing learner performance (observations, knowledge checks, LMS documentation), creating an inclusive learning environment grounded in adult-learning principles, facilitating learning activities tied to real-life scenarios, ensuring staff can collaborate with hospital stakeholders and drive measurable improvements in donation outcomes, providing tools and resources (job aids, quick guides, talking points) for field performance, coordinating donation awareness activities, scheduling onboarding and quarterly staff development, and documenting educational activities and outcomes in designated systems (e.g., LMS, Salesforce).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, healthcare, marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training, education, customer engagement, sales, marketing, healthcare or a related field
- facilitation expertise in adult learning principles
- Designing or delivering structured training programs, workshops or learning events
- Ability to adapt training to diverse audiences and learning styles
- Comfort with data, feedback and CI approaches
- Fluent in the DDI concepts of Guiding Principles and Interaction Essentials (Preferred)
- Versed in applying A3 thinking to problems and issues (Preferred)
