Job Summary
As an Educator at Goodstart Endeavour Hills – Hanna Drive, contribute to and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs for 73 children, build strong relationships with children, families and the team, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to observe, document, and support children’s learning and development, while aligning with EYLF and NQS guidelines and safeguarding policies. The role supports adult learning and professional development within a warm, community-oriented centre.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
