Job Summary
As a Goodstart Educator in Mount Pleasant, you’ll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children, prioritizing safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives. You’ll contribute to a nurturing environment, support professional development, and help deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Qualifications include a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current Queensland Working with Children Check; you’ll collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care while adhering to centre policies and community values.
