Educator

As a Goodstart Educator, you will support the delivery and enhancement of learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years at Goodstart Warwick – Wood Street, a 74-place early learning centre. You’ll collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, ensuring every child thrives. You’ll apply the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, bring knowledge of safeguarding and inclusivity, and contribute to a supportive, family-oriented culture. You’ll be accountable for safety, well-being, and high-quality care, maintaining compliance with Working with Children checks and contributing to professional development. Qualifications include Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current QLD Working with Children Check.
