Educator at Goodstart McKinnon delivers early childhood education programs under the guidance of Senior Educators and the Educational Leader. Focus on safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives, with responsibilities including crafting and enhancing learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a valid Working with Children check; operates within 7:15am–6:15pm, Monday–Friday, and offers paid parental leave, a 5%+ above-award pay, and various staff benefits. A centre-based role across Nursery to Kindergarten with collaborative teamwork and professional development opportunities.
