In-home and community instruction for consumers with Developmental Disabilities. Train individuals to achieve daily living skills in home/community settings following the Individual Service Plan; coverage includes toilet training, grooming, travel training, social skills, and identifying community resources. Requires driving/transportation with DMV record review, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and the ability to document hours and reports; position emphasizes collaboration with consumers and families in various client-home and community settings.

- 18+ years of age
