Job Summary
Educational Support Specialist with responsibilities spanning administrative operations, student employee management, and data-informed program support. Coordinates daily operations of a high-volume academic support center serving 100+ student employees, including hiring/onboarding/payroll via Workday, supervising tutors and staff, and facilitating staff training and CRLA certification. Leads data reporting and analysis using Workday, Campus Solutions, and advanced Excel tools (PivotTables, PivotCharts, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP) to measure tutoring utilization, student engagement, retention, and academic performance. Supports outreach and marketing to raise awareness of tutoring resources; collaborates with departments to evaluate enrollment and tutoring outcomes; contributes to strategic planning, assessment, and reporting efforts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in an educational setting, preferably higher education.
