Educational Site Coordinator (Asheville Part-time Leader)

Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for the center, manage keys, and ensure all needs are met to run the site effectively. Lead the team in developing plans that achieve success for every child while engaging families and driving customer service, sales, and education goals. Balance business, education, and client interaction in a high-paced environment, managing time and multitasking to handle group communications and individual student interactions. This role includes two to three weekend mornings and three to four weekday afternoons, with flexibility for virtual trainings and occasional coverage at the Sylvan of Arden center. - Hold a bachelor's degree
- Certificate or expired Certificate to Teach
- Somewhat quick learner, with technical abilities on a laptop, learning operational systems, and typing at least 35wpm
- Key holder to ensure needs are met to run center daily
- Overall, glass half full kind of person
- Ability to travel to Sylvan of Arden to train and sometimes cover that center as needed
- Typically two to three weekend mornings as well as 3-4 weekday afternoon/evenings anticipated (usually 2:30pm-6:30pm)
- flexibility to attend those [trainings], and two strategy sessions per year at a site to be determined
