Job Summary
Manage academic programs in compliance with government directives by developing and monitoring departmental budgets, controlling expenditures, and preparing reports for your area of responsibility. Direct program changes, evaluate curricula and instructional materials, and coordinate oversight of the CTST program and plan development. Maintain an effective team approach between academic programs for new students and staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, three years of related experience including two in a supervisory capacity, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. MTC operates the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Makawao, HI, providing quality services to local youth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or associated field
- Three (3) years related experience, two (2) of which must be in a supervisory capacity
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
