Job Summary
Educational Services IT Technician to join an in-house Operations Team supporting K-12 educators. After training, responsibilities include resolving educators’ support requests via a ticket queue and ensuring client networks meet needs. Role requires completing a day-one training program, then providing on-site IT support for educational software and applications (SIS, Clever, G-Suites, GoGuardian) on Windows environments.
