Educational Diagnostician

Assess the educational, learning styles, and program needs of students referred to special education services. Collaborate with instructional staff to select and administer formal and informal assessments for eligibility determinations; collect and interpret diverse data (observations, interviews, and records) to support ARD/IEP processes; provide staff development and consult with parents and teachers to implement appropriate educational plans; participate in the development and evaluation of the district’s assessment program and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and district policies; maintain organized records, communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and families, and support ongoing professional development.
