Job Summary
Design and implement educational initiatives across disciplines to transform curriculum, learning and teaching practices. Collaborate with academic and professional staff to design high quality learning experiences, align learning outcomes and assessment, and leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Provide expert advice on curriculum mapping and assessment design; contribute to strategic educational initiatives; design and deliver staff professional development; review and evaluate curriculum and teaching practices; innovate learning design methodologies and digital technologies to improve subject delivery and student outcomes. Build and maintain collaborative relationships across faculties; join a technology‐enriched, learner‐centred environment. Location: Wollongong Campus with hybrid work arrangement; required to have valid Australian work rights; visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in curriculum design and review in higher education
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy and learning design that inform best practice in learning and teaching across a range of modes (including online, blended and hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver and evaluate training and staff professional development
- Demonstrated experience in engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills
