Job Summary
Conduct thorough needs assessments and design data collection methodologies to identify gaps in educational settings. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic guidance on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver innovative professional development programs, workshops, and resources tailored to diverse audiences while providing expert coaching and mentoring. Collaborate with clients to implement actionable plans, measure program effectiveness, and prepare comprehensive reports on outcomes. Work part-time during school hours to support educators in fostering a culture of continuous learning.
