Educational Assistant

Assist students in all phases of the school day while maintaining confidentiality and a clean, neat personal appearance. Provide strong classroom management support and structure to increase academic achievement by decreasing behavior concerns. Develop specific instructional strategies and behavior management plans for students while working independently without direct supervision. Other duties as assigned. The Knappa School District seeks candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent who can pass a competency test or hold a two-year college degree.
