Educational Aide

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, preparing materials, and managing classroom logistics while providing one-on-one or small group support to students. Reinforce rules, manage behavior, and maintain a positive, orderly environment by monitoring students during transitions and non-instructional periods. Support special needs students through IEP accommodations and collaborate with staff to utilize educational technology tools. Handle administrative duties including record-keeping, grading, and organizing materials, while maintaining open communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders. Participate in professional development and fulfill continuing education requirements to enhance teaching and learning processes.
