Job Summary
Locate and enroll clients in military programs, courses of instruction, and military correspondence courses. Assist with scheduling training, maintaining reference materials, and cataloging equipment and supplies. Greet clients professionally, enter participation data into ArmyIgnitED, and correct safety issues to maintain a secure environment. Support special events and assist ESO, ESS, and Guidance Counselors with required military training and resource needs.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service skills

- Knowledge of U.S. post-secondary education and soldier training and development programs
- Must be knowledgeable about Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), curriculum and instruction for education and training programs, and utilization of various types of occupational information and professional military training
- Familiarity with the Army Publication System
- Familiarity with the Enlisted Personnel Management System
- Familiarity with the Distributed Leaders Course
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs and web-based applications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience relevant to the position
- A favorable NACI investigation
