Job Summary
Coordinate in-person and online training events for ILRC’s Education Team, including researching and securing venues, finalizing contracts, insurance requirements, arranging A/V equipment, catering, printing/shipping materials, managing on-site registration, vendor management, and customer service. Lead editing of PowerPoint presentations and training materials, manage CA and TX CLE credits (including certificates and portal submissions), support Zoom Webinar trainings, distribute links and handle post-training recordings and surveys, track expenses, submit reports via ILRC systems, and assist with communications, document formatting, and other administrative tasks to support publications, seminars, webinars, and technical assistance for immigration law education.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of administrative experience
