Education Success Manager

Education Success Manager leads the design, development, and implementation of the MCP Accelerate curriculum at Mayo Clinic Platform, collaborating with MCP Success Managers and leaders to design, refine, and support education initiatives for partner programs. Responsibilities include driving curriculum development, collecting partner feedback, delivering data-driven solutions to improve learning outcomes and user experiences, advising on new partner programs, translating data insights into broader education initiatives, providing strategic guidance on high-quality learning experiences and resources, and serving as a liaison for educational content development and strategy across Mayo Clinic. The role emphasizes inter-professional collaboration, applying current learning theories and pedagogical approaches, and building partnerships to support education development within MCP; it is a 100% on-site position in Southaven, MS, and is limited-termed with potential transition to permanent infrastructure later.
