Job Summary

Facilitate opioid prevention education across all middle and high schools within ASD by collaborating with school points of contact to identify high-risk students and families. Develop campaign materials to promote prevention across school and community settings, including monitoring and engaging parents and caregivers in accessing digital educational resources. Support the sustainment of small groups while completing and submitting documentation in a timely manner, including pre and post assessments for all educational activities and district requirements. Meet regularly with the assigned supervisor to review services provided and attend team meetings and professional development opportunities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in human services and involves sedentary work with occasional light and medium physical demands.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline
  • Never have been convicted of child abuse offenses
  • Mature individual with sound judgment
  • Appropriate role model to staff, youth, and families
