Job Summary
Education Specialist responsible for facilitating orientation, in-services, CPR and continuing education programs to support goals and improve care delivery. Act as a professional role model and mentor, manage documentation for educational programming, contribute to education projects, and participate in quality improvement activities. Evening schedule at St. Luke's locations in Allentown, PA with RN licensure and BSN/Masters considerations; requires nursing education delivery and compliance with policies to enhance staff development and patient care outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state where work location will be based (New Jersey or Pennsylvania)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Masters preferred
- BLS Instructor preferred
- At least 3 years of current clinical nursing experience
- BLS Instructor status within 1 year of hire
