Education Specialist - Clinical Simulation Program (CSP)

Coordinate simulation-based educational programs by tracking learners, facilitating activities, and overseeing curriculum development across the health system. Manage program implementation, registration, and evaluation while collaborating with faculty, staff, and educational leaders to ensure accreditation compliance and continuous improvement. Maintain high-fidelity and low-fidelity simulation equipment, troubleshoot technology systems, and assist with budget development as needed. Represent the education area on internal and external committees to support innovation in clinical skill development and patient safety.
