Job Summary
Education Specialist responsible for facilitating orientation, in-services, CPR training and continuing education programs for nursing staff; serves as a professional role model and mentor; ensures documentation for educational programming and maintains unit records; contributes to educational projects and quality improvement activities; requires RN licensure in NJ or PA, a BSN, 3+ years of clinical nursing, and potential BLS Instructor status within 1 year; works in Allentown, PA with day shift full-time duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania (based on work location)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of current clinical nursing experience
- BLS Instructor status within 1 year of hire
- BLS Instructor preferred
