Job Summary
Education Solutions Manager/Engineer role focused on technical onboarding and integration for education customers worldwide. You will partner with Product and Engineering to design scalable solutions around SSO, authentication, rostering, provisioning, and LMS connectivity; lead discovery, troubleshooting, and implementation for complex environments; serve as the technical lead in relationships with education technology partners (LMS, authentication, and rostering providers); create documentation, processes, and training to enable Support and Success teams; translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback and influence Canva's education integration roadmap; identify patterns in customer requests to drive product improvements and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales & Success, and work across time zones to support global customers and colleagues.
