Job Summary
Education Skills Building Coach for the WPBSI program providing workforce readiness coaching, digital literacy instruction, resume/cover letter support, and employment guidance to participants receiving public benefits; responsibilities include conducting job readiness training, assessments, creating individualized coaching plans, mentorship, outreach, workshop support, and data tracking; requires Bachelor’s degree, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with SNAP/Medicaid; located in Yonkers, NY with travel to satellite sites; salary around $50,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work psychology or related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce development, career coaching, case management, employment services, or related social service settings
- Experience working with individuals receiving SNAP and Medicaid benefits preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple participant caseloads
- Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to satellite sites, community events, and presentations
- Ability to work some evening hours, as needed
