Job Summary
Proactively generate and qualify new leads via outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and social outreach to convert enquiries into enrolments for AI Digital Retail and Marketing Automation courses in fashion disciplines. Advise prospective students on career pathways, conduct course briefings virtually and in-person, and maintain accurate CRM records while achieving monthly revenue targets. Partner with marketing on campaign strategies and follow up consistently to close sales cycles efficiently. Requires 2+ years of B2C sales experience and proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- GCE O-Level and above
- At least 2 years of proven B2C sales experience
- Understanding of AI, digital marketing, retail or fashion industry trends
- Hunter mindset with strong closing ability
- Confident communicator with consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- High resilience and follow-through discipline
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Professional and ethical approach aligned with private education compliance standards
