Job Summary
Education Sales Consultant will drive student enrolments for Australian Paramedical College by proactively engaging inbound prospects and outbound outreach, building rapport to understand goals, and guiding them to appropriate Emergency Health Care courses. Responsible for nurturing a high-volume pipeline, converting inquiries into enrolments while meeting targets and KPIs, and maintaining data integrity in APC's CRM system in compliance with enrolment criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Strong motivation to excel and achieve targets
- Financially driven with a desire to work with a high-performing team
- Proven success in telephone-based high-ticket sales (minimum 2-3 years' experience)
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in a competitive environment
- Mastery of the sales process, with emphasis on follow-up and closing deals
- Ability to handle objections effectively and confidently ask for the sale
- Experience managing a sales pipeline with ownership mentality
- Strong organisational skills and proactive preparation
