Job Summary
Account Manager role focused on helping UK schools hire smarter and faster through Zen Educate’s platform. Responsibilities include owning relationships with key schools, guiding school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach, outbound outreach to build relationships, collaborating with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to ensure a great school experience, and contributing to pipeline development and product feedback. The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving to achieve cost savings for schools, and a startup-driven, adaptable approach. The role is based onsite at the Newport office five days per week during term time in the UK, with a strong emphasis on impact in education and supporting teachers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management or sales with a track record of meeting targets
- Comfort with outbound calling and building relationships with schools
- Able to collaborate across Sales, Ops, and Tech teams
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Based in or willing to relocate to Newport, UK
