Job Summary
Own a portfolio of Manchester schools on a daily and short-term supply basis, placing supply teachers, cover supervisors, and teaching assistants. Develop and grow school relationships at leadership level (headteacher, school business manager) and expand new business across Manchester, collaborating with resourcing to maintain strong candidate pipelines. Operates on a hybrid basis with 7am–5pm term-time hours and shorter holidays, office-based in Central Manchester. Strong experience in temporary education recruitment, ATS/CRM proficiency, and a proven ability to drive billing activity through a high-volume, target-driven desk.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience on a temporary education recruitment desk placing supply teachers, TAs, or cover supervisors into schools
- A track record of managing school client relationships at leadership level and developing new school business
- Genuine ATS/CRM fluency in your daily workflow
- 7am desk discipline during term time
- Not suitable for internal recruitment or HR backgrounds. School-facing temp desk experience is essential.
