Job Summary
Source high-quality education professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques, then conduct competency-based interviews to assess suitability. Build and maintain strong pipelines of teachers, teaching assistants, and SEN specialists while matching candidates to UK vacancies based on skills and availability. Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach through placement, keeping CRM and ATS records accurate and coordinating interviews with UK consultants. Maintain regular communication with active candidates to ensure engagement and a positive experience throughout the journey.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years' recruitment experience, ideally recruiting within the UK market
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong telephone and relationship-building skills
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and headhunting techniques
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- Confident using CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Desired Qualifications
- Previous UK education recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting teachers, teaching assistants, SEN staff, or other education professionals
- Knowledge of the UK education sector and recruitment processes
- Experience working with UK clients and candidates
