Job Summary
Manage Education department initiatives by developing project plans in Asana, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely delivery of training publications and conferences. Oversee the production lifecycle for educational materials, including planning, editing, quality assurance, and final delivery, while leading onboarding and workflow training for team members. Collaborate with internal departments to launch self-study courses, webinars, and group training programs, and continuously improve project management processes and operational procedures. Generate status updates and metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project management experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Experience using Asana or other project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven skills in organizing work, attending to detail, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, and drive projects to successful completion
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management certification
- Experience with SalesForce CRM
