Education Project Coordinator (Learn Education)

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of educational solutions for schools across Thailand, coordinating with internal teams to implement solutions, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. Drive customer retention and renewal efforts, track the sales pipeline, and turn schools into advocates for Learn Education. Enable users through training and workshops, monitor system usage to maximize impact, and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and service teams. Responsibilities include account & relationship management, solution delivery from setup to ongoing support, and operational excellence with documentation and budgeting coordination. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with LMS platforms, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Business Administration is a plus) with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong service mindset and ability to build trust with schools
- Ability to own timelines and outcomes
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or educational platforms
- Experience facilitating workshops/training sessions for teachers and students
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; basic data analysis (Pivot Tables, dashboards)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites to deliver on-the-ground support
