Job Summary
Coordinate up to 5 clinical fellowship training programs, managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and credentialing for 25-30 annual fellows. Implement ACGME compliance protocols, including duty hour monitoring, evaluation tracking via New Innovations and ADS systems, and performance evaluations. Develop curriculum, long-range planning, and conference schedules while maintaining databases and personnel files. Assist Fellowship Directors with policy interpretation, budget input, and disciplinary actions, ensuring all trainees meet hospital and accreditation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of work experience in Graduate Medical Education, Hospital, or Healthcare
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment
- Ability to triage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a complex environment with multiple interruptions
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and computer communication abilities)
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attentiveness to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn other software programs, especially GME New Innovations, hospital specific software (i.e., Peoplesoft), and other database management programs as necessary (i.e., ERAS, ADS)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
- Work experience in Graduate Medical Education, Hospital, or Healthcare
- Experience with web authoring
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis and budget processes
