Education Program Director

Education Program Director at ChanceLight’s Special Education program provides visionary leadership to drive student achievement and operational excellence for grades 3-5. You will supervise staff, develop performance plans, lead staff recruitment and onboarding, oversee site operations and liaison with school districts, ensure compliance with state requirements and accreditation processes, manage budgets and resources, support enrollment processes, and guide instructional fidelity through ABA/PBIS knowledge and data-driven decision making. The role emphasizes building relationships with students, families, teachers, district partners, and leaders, while aligning with ChanceLight’s instructional vision and crisis-management readiness. Master’s degree or higher in education or related field, Ohio licensure credentials, BCBA credential preferred, and minimum five years in special education with three years in administration are required; the position is on-site in Dayton, Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year.
