Job Summary
Coordinate department subspecialty fellowship programs by managing trainee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and orientation. Maintain educational records, develop program materials, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory guidelines. Execute activities including interviews, graduation planning, and database management to support continuous quality improvement. Serve as a primary liaison with faculty, administration, and external organizations while collecting and analyzing program data for stakeholders. Collaborate on strategic program development, budget activities, and committee initiatives to enhance educational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 year's experience
