Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement education program services and activities that prepare youth for success while creating a healthy, safe environment through direct supervision. Monitor and evaluate program achievement against target goals to recommend modifications, manage assigned volunteers, and maintain inventory of program supplies. Recruit Club members, respond to communications promptly, and submit biweekly schedules outlining daily activities. Ensure inviting room atmospheres through decorations and member recognition, utilizing behavior management techniques to promote positive youth conduct. Maintain cleanliness of program areas and assist with site cleaning checklists. Submit requests for supplies one week in advance and assume other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to be trained in First Aid/CPR
- Degree or pursuing a degree in the Education field
- Must be able to pass a reference check and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
