Job Summary
Education & Product Operations Associate at PCMA supports online and in-person learning programs by managing speaker and session data, learner transcripts, CEUs, contracts, invoicing, and event logistics; collaborates with the Education and Learning Product teams to build, operate, and launch courses and multi-channel programming; provides learner and customer support via help desk and chat; assists with basic video editing; coordinates webinars, roundtables, virtual summits, and Knowledge Hub content; manages vendor and contract activities for enterprise and collegiate sales; travels as needed to support PCMA/ELI programs and works onsite in the Chicago office three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or a related field
- 2-4 years of operations management or related experience
- Proven experience in business, learning operations, or product development
- Experience working in the meetings and business events industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, analytics, problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment
- Experience using MS Teams, Salesforce CRM, learning management systems
- Ability to travel as needed to support PCMA or ELI programs onsite
- Work from PCMA’s Chicago office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
