Job Summary
Education Management Trainee role combines Math instruction with business operations and leadership development. Teach math classes, conduct assessments, and provide parent engagement while supporting cross-functional operations (enrollment, marketing, and program success). Responsibilities include coaching teachers, conducting classroom observations, delivering mock lessons, collaborating with operations and marketing, and supporting student retention. Weekend classes are required. This fast-track program offers potential advancement to leadership roles such as Department Manager, with base pay 70K-75K plus teaching and operations commissions. Requires bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. H1B/OPT available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred)
- Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for teaching and working with students
- Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
