Job Summary
Develop community partnerships and identity qualifying assistance programs. Connect students with community and school resources that advance student achievement. Coordinate student engagement in programs and activities. Mentor students in available college and career pathways. This role supports Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander students through the Office of School Performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Hold a valid Oregon Driver's License
- Two years of experience connecting students with activities and programs
- Knowledge of community programs and services that support students and families
