Job Summary
Interact directly with the Charlotte community from elementary school through senior populations while supporting the implementation and execution of programs like Junior Theater Celebration, The Blumey Awards, and Emerging Leaders. Work in venues and out in the community frequently, often in tandem with touring Broadway productions, to equip students with a robust skillset for arts management careers. Commit 20-30 hours weekly, with flexibility in daily or weekly schedules and potential evening or weekend availability depending on department needs.
