Job Summary
Develop and deliver educational programs including CME, return to practice, and Ministry of Health certification events. Facilitate remedial education, review educational materials, and ensure paramedic competency through clinical audits of ACRs/EPCRs. Provide feedback on clinical performance, manage data for educational research, and advise on program improvements. Liaise with paramedic services, hospitals, and stakeholders to support knowledge translation delivery. Participate in mandatory faculty training and instructor sessions. Requires Advanced Care or Primary Care Paramedic certification, 5+ years clinical experience, and willingness to travel throughout south central Ontario. Required Qualifications
- Advanced EMCA certificate
- Ministry of Health Advanced Care Paramedic certificate
- Current or previous certification as an ACP in Ontario or equivalent
- Advanced EMCA certificate
- Current or previous certification as PCP in Ontario or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a paramedic
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a paramedic
