Job Summary
Education Excellence Staff in Orthopaedics responsible for planning, developing, and executing professional education strategies and programs across trauma, spine, joint reconstruction, and sports to improve healthcare professionals’ capabilities and patient outcomes. Key duties include strategic planning aligned with physician career stages, identifying customer needs through surveys and congress participation, developing mid- to long-term education strategies and annual plans, faculty and stakeholder management with universities, KOLs, and academic societies, digital and hybrid education solutions, program development and execution, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, global APAC coordination, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Required skills include strong strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder management, knowledge of orthopaedic products and procedures, healthcare compliance, and native-level Japanese with business English; willingness to travel 15-20% and operate flexibly including weekends if needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Orthopaedics (Sales, Marketing, Clinical or Education)
- Experience in program planning and/or project leadership preferred
