Education Effectiveness Partner

Education Effectiveness Partner responsible for guiding inclusion, use of alternative provision, and improving outcomes across Leicestershire schools and educational settings. Acts as the main point of contact for schools, academies, colleges, and other providers within a defined area; champions inclusive practice; advises on reducing suspensions, exclusions and absenteeism; leads performance data interpretation to identify under/outperforming areas; manages and delivers transformation programmes within a local authority framework; collaborates with schools and central services to support high-quality education for vulnerable children and young people. Requires Qualified Teacher Status with ongoing professional expertise, ability to influence partners, strong communication, strategic thinking, and commitment to inclusive service delivery. DBS check required; role is safety-critical with random drug and alcohol testing; flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
