Education Documentation & Systems Support Volunteer

Job Summary

Review existing documentation, guides, and resources related to teaching, training, and school systems. Organize and improve shared resources such as Google Drive folders, training materials, and onboarding documents. Help create or refine teacher training materials, guides, or internal processes to support effective practices on the ground. Collaborate with school leadership to prioritize and sequence documentation needs while providing administrative and systems support that strengthens long-term sustainability. This volunteer role offers a minimum 100-hour commitment of 5–15 hours per week for a Christian nonprofit operating a school in South Asia serving 230 students.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong Christian faith and alignment with Love Justice International's mission and values
  • Experience in education, instructional support, training, administration, documentation, or systems work
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Drive, and shared digital workspaces
  • A reliable, self-motivated work style and a willingness to learn
  • Minimum commitment of 100 hours
  • Remote work capability (U.S.-Based Preferred)

Desired Qualifications

  • One short-term visit to South Asia (as needed, not required)
