Education Director – Oxford Learning West Vancouver

Oversee all academic programs and ensure high-quality delivery of Oxford Learning's curriculum while recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of tutors and instructors. Conduct regular tutor observations, feedback sessions, and professional development, and monitor student progress to implement strategies that maximize results and retention. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and program recommendations, and maintain strong relationships with local schools and the community. Support centre operations including scheduling, assessments, and program placements to uphold high standards of educational excellence. This full-time role includes Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 7:30pm, with a competitive salary plus performance bonuses.
