Job Summary
Execute workforce development strategies by managing a portfolio of projects across secondary and postsecondary partners. Collaborate with regional school districts to align education and training programs, developing curriculum relevance, skills training, and training logistics. Maintain and analyze data trends to support audits, evaluations, and institutional compliance while tracking budget and ROI. Represent the company in governance activities, steering committees, and advisory meetings to coordinate multi-partner initiatives. Requires 12-15 years of experience in program management and education development. Full-time onsite role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in NCES (IPEDS/NSC/College Navigator), TEA (State Accountability System/Performance/CCMR), THECB (ERC/T3/TSI) and state's talent-related pilots/initiatives
- Analyze legal and contractual agreements, and monitor compliance, especially for educational institutions, data sharing with a familiarity with FERPA and PPRA
- 12-15 years of experience in program management, education development (secondary and postsecondary), workforce development, multi-institution program coordination and stakeholder engagement activities
- All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor are 5 days onsite
