Job Summary
Conduct daily student enquiries via telephone or email and design effective study plans based on individual situations. Instruct students to prepare documents for university applications and visa submissions while liaising with admission officers. Make outbound cold calls to identify potential sales leads and participate in marketing campaigns to collect client data. Manage social media appearances and handle various student service duties including applications and visas. Requires fluency in English, familiarity with the Australian education system, and strong communication skills. Full-time or part-time role in Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with Australian international education and immigration system
- Have excellent student service awareness and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Have a certain sense of sales and service promotion
- Sophisticated skill in Microsoft Office software
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Need to have work rights
- Australia (Preferred)
- In person
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the education consulting industry is preferred
- QEAC Certification is desirable but not mandatory
- Counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
