Job Summary
Education Coordinator for Walden Street School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents. Responsibilities include compiling written reports (IEP progress reports, treatment reports, rounds), covering classes when teachers are out, supporting students 1:1, and assisting the Education Director with tasks. Services include supervising students before school, conducting educational groups, and organizing educational field trips. Requires experience in Special Education and supervisory/administrative roles; 21+; position is full-time, with potential overtime. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, with bilingual bonus and various professional-license-related reimbursements and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- At least 1 year experience as a supervisor and administrator
- At least 3 years of experience working in Special Education with young adults with emotional disabilities
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
