Job Summary
Education Coordinator position in Hospice & Home Health delivering clinical education, onboarding, and ongoing competency development for staff. Focus on OASIS documentation, CMS requirements, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education to improve accuracy, compliance, and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and delivering clinical education, onboarding support, competency assessments, regulatory support, and maintaining training records. Requires RN license, 2–3 years hospice/home health experience, proficiency with OASIS documentation, EMR, and strong teaching/communication skills. Office, virtual, and occasional fieldwork in Lawrence, KS with hybrid work arrangement.
